Terms of use

These terms apply to MotionAI at motionai.tv. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must have the legal capacity and permissions required to use the service where you live. Questions can be sent through our contact form.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and API keys, and use only content you are entitled to upload. You keep your rights in your uploads. You authorize the processing needed to provide the requested editing, AI generation, storage, rendering, sharing and recovery. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or relying on them.

AI results and third-party material

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other work. We do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection, clearance of trademarks, or a licence to third-party material merely because an agent found or generated it. Check rights, factual claims and suitability. External providers and integrations may have additional terms.

Credits, plans and payments

Manual editing and supported browser exports are free. AI edits, full design messages, authorized future follow-ups and managed renders use the displayed credit quote. Credits are reserved before work starts. Failed or cancelled funded runs return their application credits once; completed runs use their quote. Included reviews and bounded helper completion do not create another design charge and share the original allowance. In-flight provider work may finish after Stop.

Welcome, subscription and purchased credits currently do not expire. Credits are service allowances, not money, and cannot be withdrawn. Subscription credits are granted after a paid initial or renewal invoice; prorated plan changes do not grant another full allowance. Cancel renewal in Billing to stop future payments. Existing credits remain. Paid checkout is currently unavailable; when enabled, the checkout page will show the price, currency, tax and renewal terms before payment. Contact Billing support about payment errors or a refund request. Nothing here limits refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.

Acceptable use and sharing

Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, exploitation, credential theft, or attempts to bypass access, credit or compute controls. Do not upload credentials or sensitive personal information you are not authorized to process. Publishing a showcase makes its snapshot public and permits the remix action shown there. Keep private material out of public snapshots.

Availability and limits

Generation and rendering have bounded call, time, file and capacity allowances. Results and timing depend on the brief and connected providers. We may pause unsafe or abusive work, investigate service failures, and change features or limits. Save important source files and exports. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular creative result.

Ending use and responsibility

You can stop work, revoke keys, unpublish showcases and delete your account through the workspace controls. Cancellation of subscription renewal is a separate Billing action. Remote deletion and provider retention are described in the privacy notice. The service is provided subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
